Patient Service Associate, Inpatient/BMU/UCC (2-year Contract)

About the role

The Patient Service Associate supports the smooth flow of patients through Inpatient Wards, the Bed Management Unit (BMU) and the Urgent Care Centre (UCC). You will provide friendly, efficient service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a welcoming environment and high patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the operational area to meet service standards.
• Handle patient registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and billing enquiries.
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors and nurses and prepare consultation documents.
• Respond to emails, phone calls and other enquiries promptly.
• Support the clinic manager with administrative tasks.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum “O” Levels or Diploma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
• Willingness to work across inpatient wards and different clinics.
• Preferably experience in hospitality or service industries.
• Second‑language proficiency is an advantage.

• Monthly salary between SGD 1,980 and SGD 3,000.
