About the role

We are looking for a Patient Service Associate to work during office hours at a specialized outpatient clinic. The role involves supporting patient registration, appointment scheduling, and assisting clinical staff with basic tasks. This is a temporary position with a monthly salary ranging from SGD 1,500 to 3,000. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals seeking entry‑level experience in a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

Assist in scheduling of future appointments
Registration of patients
Assist doctors and nurses in basic medical care if needed
Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system
Handle phone calls and enquiries, providing information
Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Required profile

Minimum N Level qualification
No experience needed; training provided
