Patient Service Officer - North

About the role

At Raffles Medical Group you will join a dedicated team delivering high‑quality healthcare experiences to patients across Singapore. The Patient Service Officer provides front‑line support at the clinic counter, handling enquiries, registrations and assisting clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries at the counter and provide information on clinic services.
• Update patient registration details and process medical records following SOPs.
• Liaise with medical teams and patients to arrange appointments across specialties.
• Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks as needed.
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors’ review and follow‑up.
• Perform daily billing, ensure accurate transactions and close accounts.
• Support smooth clinic operations and deliver excellent front‑line patient service.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinic setting (preferred).
• Meticulous, organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using patient registration systems.
