About the role

Adyen is looking for a People Solutions Partner to transform manual People Operations workflows into intelligent, tech‑forward processes. This embedded product‑builder role sits at the intersection of People Operations and engineering, leveraging AI, low‑code automation, and product design to improve the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Audit daily People Operations workflows (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) to identify friction points and design AI‑driven, self‑healing pipelines.
• Prototype and deploy internal HR micro‑tools using AI‑assisted coding, low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and scripting (Google Apps Script) without waiting for dedicated engineering cycles.
• Build and maintain internal HR knowledge bases, conversational assistants, and triage systems for quick employee and manager support.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, workflow maps, and API/webhook integrations across core HR platforms.
• Redesign lifecycle processes, define efficiency metrics, and create automated data pipelines and dashboards for continuous optimization.
• Establish guardrails for data security, privacy, and algorithmic fairness, applying rigorous testing and QA for AI‑driven workflows.
• Develop playbooks, documentation, and enablement frameworks to help the broader People team adopt Generative AI, prompt engineering, and low‑code tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years building, scaling, or optimizing internal platforms at a high‑growth global company.
• Human‑centered design mindset with experience in internal user research and conversational UI (e.g., Slack).
• Proven ability to design and deploy AI‑driven workflows, generative AI models, and prompt engineering.
• Deep operational familiarity with core HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, DocuSign, and ticketing platforms.
• Strong capability to translate complex AI concepts into clear operational requirements for non‑technical partners.
