People Strategy & Transformation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Strategy & Transformation Specialist to partner with HR business partners and business leaders, diagnosing organisational challenges and designing effective operating models, team structures and workforce plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose challenges and design fit‑for‑purpose operating models, team structures and workforce plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end change management for people‑related transformation initiatives, including restructures, process redesigns and system rollouts, managing impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and adoption tracking.
• Develop and implement frameworks for organisational effectiveness such as role clarity, spans & layers analysis and shared service design.
• Leverage people data and analytics to produce actionable insights that inform HR strategy and leadership decisions.
• Support post‑merger integration and cross‑functional transformation projects covering people, process and platform changes.
• Create and deliver internal playbooks, toolkits and training materials to build HR team capability in transformation and change management.
• Collaborate with regional and local People teams to scale best practices across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of full‑time strategy experience in a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Experience in organisation design, workforce transformation or related HR topics.
• Proven track record leading operating model design, workforce transition or organisational restructuring projects.
• Strong project‑management ability to handle multiple workstreams independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for senior audiences.
• Experience working across multiple geographies or in a regional capacity is a plus.
• Agile or SAFe certification is a plus.
