About the role
We are seeking an experienced Planner to lead production and material scheduling for our manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role focuses on aligning demand, supply, and capacity to ensure on‑time delivery while minimizing inventory costs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Forecast and plan raw material requirements, ensuring timely procurement and minimal stockouts.
- Assess machine and manpower capacity to optimize utilization.
- Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align schedules.
- Use ERP/MRP systems to analyse demand forecasts, lead times, and production efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for better workflow.
