Manufacturing Engineer – Entry Level (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our semiconductor production team in Singapore. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop core engineering skills while contributing to the fabrication of high‑precision components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for part and assembly fabrication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to release product improvements and new products.
• Apply Design for Excellence (DFx) principles to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Create and execute test procedures, evaluate results, and refine work methods.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions during assembly or system testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates; 1–2 years of semiconductor or related industry experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces, and use hand/power tools.
• Willingness to work in a clean‑room environment and wear required PPE.
