Precast Project Manager – HDB & Residential Projects

About the role

Our client, a leading A1 main contractor in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Precast Project Manager to lead the delivery of HDB BTO and residential building projects. You will own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from planning through completion.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with design, contracts and regulations.
• Control budgets, variations and financial performance throughout the project.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and resolve technical issues.
• Provide regular progress, cost, quality and safety reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects from planning to handover.
• Experience with HDB BTO or large‑scale residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
