Procurement Manager

About the role

EM Services is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead its sourcing and purchasing activities across multiple business units and client projects. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, drive strategic procurement initiatives, and support the company’s operational excellence goals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise internal and external stakeholders on procurement policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with the company’s Procurement Policy and SOPs.
• Prepare and publish quotation/tender documents in line with requirements.
• Coordinate requirements with stakeholders across business units and clients.
• Review and evaluate quotations/tenders, summarise bids, and prepare approval papers and Letters of Award.
• Support periodic reporting and internal process improvement through procurement strategies.
• Conduct vendor screening and analytical studies as needed.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of sourcing/procurement experience.
• Strong interest in strategic change, business management, and operational excellence.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing abilities.
