Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Engineer to provide engineering support for a wide range of RF, mixed‑signal and digital products throughout development and production release. The role works closely with test engineering and production support teams to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield improvement across Singapore‑wide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support product development from design to production release, ensuring test and yield requirements are met.
• Collaborate with test engineering and production teams to conduct debug, reliability qualification and yield enhancement.
• Communicate technical product status to management and interact with customers on testing and release requirements.
• Coordinate with foundries, test subcontractors and SAT houses to resolve production issues.
• Generate detailed status, test limit (guard band), correlation and yield summary reports.
• Drive yield improvement, test time reduction and retest rate improvement during production ramp‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of product or test engineering experience, preferably with foundry processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistics and data mining.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in written and verbal form.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RF, mixed‑signal and digital product testing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Advantest 93K ATE (preferred).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP, CEDA, DataPower or Optimal Plus.
• Scripting experience in Perl, Java or VBA for automation and reporting.
