Product Engineer - Memory Product Solutions

About the role

FLEXXON is looking for a Product Engineer focused on memory products such as USB drives, SSDs and MicroSD cards. The role covers responding to customer enquiries, shaping product strategy, managing product communications and driving product development and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Present memory products and solutions to customers and solve their problems.
• Conduct market research, analysis and competitor analysis to formulate product strategy.
• Design and manage product communications, including feature announcements, use cases, reference materials and press releases.
• Manage storage products end-to-end, from demand and specification through design, development, testing to mass production.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Work with R&D and other cross-functional teams to develop advanced features and technology.
• Identify opportunities that drive product success and revenue growth, and work with the sales team on revenue-generating strategies.
• Implement knowledge management practices and integrate automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics or a related major.
• 3-5 years of product or project management experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with written and spoken English and Chinese, as the role involves liaising with associates in China.
• Strong business sense and ability to drive business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong analytical and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Experience with knowledge management systems and practices.
• Understanding of automation and AI technologies and their application to workflow efficiency.
• Windows and Linux familiarity is preferred.
