Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing activities on Jurong Island, ensuring that production targets are met with high quality and efficiency. You will coordinate manpower, equipment, and processes while fostering a safe, clean, and continuous‑improvement environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement production schedules, allocate resources, and drive first‑pass yield improvements.
• Monitor processes, enforce self‑inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized quality checks; report and resolve abnormalities.
• Promote 6S standards and lean manufacturing initiatives to maintain an orderly, safe workplace.
• Train, develop, and manage the performance of the production team, ensuring discipline and high productivity.
• Organise routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to sustain stable operations.
• Apply safety policies, conduct training and inspections, and eliminate hazards.
• Use MES, ERP and related systems for data entry, tracking, reporting and decision support.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Quality or related field (preferred).
• More than 3 years of production management experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong team‑leadership, communication (English and Chinese) and safety compliance awareness.
• Ability to handle urgent “fire‑fighting” situations and build operations from the ground up (bonus).
