Production Technician

About the role

Linxens is seeking a Production Technician to support its high‑volume manufacturing environment. You will work on equipment operations, ensure compliance with standards, and prepare production materials while collaborating with a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and recover machines for mass production, including handling roadblocks and new production requests.
• Support operators when machines stop and deliver training to new operators.
• Compile and analyse raw production data to identify trends, propose minor improvements (Kazen) and submit change requests.
• Verify raw material deliveries against production requirements and manage loading of raw and semi‑finished goods.
• Check final production parameters such as total length, good‑quality count, and defect count.
• Prepare finished goods for pick‑up by the TPA operator.

Required profile

• Experience in machine set‑up and recovery in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to support production operators and conduct basic training.
• Strong analytical mindset for data compilation and trend analysis.
• Attention to detail when checking material specifications and final product metrics.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural, technology‑focused environment.
