Program Manager (Healthcare Logistics)

About the role

UPS is hiring a Program Manager for healthcare logistics, based in Singapore. The role acts as an escalation point for customers, drives corrective actions and continuous improvement, and manages project implementation for product upgrades and initiatives. It also covers data analysis, KPI reporting and customer meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the customer's business and supply chain requirements, and act as escalation point for issues, driving resolution and corrective action
• Provide root cause analysis, drive continuous improvement and execute solutions regionally and globally
• Implement project management for product upgrades and initiatives, and prepare performance data and KPI reporting for monthly and QBR meetings
• Facilitate and attend customer monthly meetings and QBRs, run regular operations calls with key account stakeholders, and ensure operational best practices meet customer requirements
• Provide rate analysis when required and give on-going systems support
• Train staff and service partners, monitor SOP execution, compliance and quality
• Manage multiple complex projects (prioritization, planning, scheduling, reporting, influencing) and make data-driven decisions to optimize material planning
• Work with systems analysts, software engineers and industrial engineers to automate processes, fix gaps and build reporting capabilities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a healthcare-related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or healthcare
• Experience in program, project or operations management preferred
• Right to work in Singapore (position is based in Singapore)
