Project Manager – Commercial Office Fit‑Outs

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Manager to lead commercial office fit‑out projects, coordinating clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial office interior projects from inception through handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal design teams.
• Prepare project documentation, schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to track construction progress and resolve issues.
• Support procurement, vendor management and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design project coordination or execution, preferably commercial office fit‑outs.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• PMP certification or risk‑management experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
