Executive Engineer / Senior Executive Engineer – Civil & Structural

About the role

The role involves planning, designing and supervising civil and structural engineering works across a range of infrastructure projects. You will lead analysis, design, and ensure compliance with statutory standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and supervise civil & structural works such as buildings, roads, drains, sewers, earthworks and temporary structures.
• Perform detailed analysis and design for each project.
• Oversee the drafting of design drawings and ensure they meet required standards.
• Guarantee compliance with local codes, regulations and Codes of Practice.
• Manage stakeholders, clients, design and site teams, and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
• Handle authority submissions and ensure quality control throughout construction.

Required profile

• Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Prior experience in structural engineering projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations and Eurocode requirements.
• Experience with BIM for design and project management.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements for site supervision and construction administration.
