Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute project management activities to meet cost, quality, timeline and customer satisfaction targets.
• Incorporate safety procedures into all project phases and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Review contract documents, bill of quantities and material specifications.
• Manage project profit and loss, monitor budgets and control material wastage.
• Develop site mobilisation plans, work schedules and master programmes.
• Coordinate shop drawing submissions and liaise with drafting and authorities.
• Lead kick‑off, daily and closure meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and timely communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction project management.
• Relevant safety certifications such as CSCPM or Managing WAH.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
