Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Construction (GMP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical plant construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction project timelines, budgets, resources and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead the project team and guide performance, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
• Manage and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure schedule adherence.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Identify potential risks and implement safe work procedures to control risk.

Required profile

• Background in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience managing large‑scale industrial construction projects in Singapore.
• Experience in pharmaceutical plant construction preferred.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage risk and ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
