Project Manager – Trade Finance (AI Fintech)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI‑driven fintech to find a dynamic Project Manager with deep Trade Finance expertise. Based in Singapore, you will lead large‑scale transformation and delivery projects across the region, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Trade Finance and core banking transformation projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including technical leads, business analysts, and external vendors.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain project alignment.
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and reporting to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• Degree holder with proven experience as a Project Manager in Trade Finance, preferably within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of trade finance products, processes, and compliance considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
