Property Officer

About the role

JLL is hiring a Property Officer to support the Building Manager in delivering Integrated Facilities Management services for HDB commercial properties. The role is based on site in Singapore and covers day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance, vendor management and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and support all sites in the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of the properties
• Ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out
• Support the site team in vendor performance monitoring so contractors meet agreed KPIs
• Manage minor repairs and improvement works, call for quotations and arrange rectification works with term and appointed contractors
• Set up records and maintenance systems and standardise processes on site
• Be on mobile standby for emergency response to critical or urgent breakdowns
• Supervise major repair and A&A works and assist in yearly electrical annual shutdown activities
• Build and equipment inspection
• Assist with tenancy, leasing, renovation, finance and promotion matters, including follow-up on fit-out works, renovation deposit refunds, reinstatement works, arrears management and air-conditioner extension billing
• Review permit-to-work submissions and risk assessments for contractor works
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure documentation is complete
• Help run tenant satisfaction surveys and tenant communications
