QARA Transformation and Delivery Project Manager

About the role

Resmed is hiring a QARA Transformation and Delivery Project Manager in Tuas, Singapore. The role embeds Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QARA) requirements into projects that shape the future of healthcare, leading initiatives from definition through delivery and coordinating QARA's contribution to wider enterprise transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned QARA projects from initiation through closure, turning strategic priorities into structured plans and sustainable outcomes.
• Coordinate QARA's contribution to enterprise transformation, integrating compliance-critical deliverables into project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives and business cases that align QARA requirements with enterprise priorities.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, dependencies and compliance requirements, enabling timely decisions and escalation.
• Engage QARA subject-matter experts and functional specialists at the right stages.
• Partner with change management leads to prepare stakeholders for new processes and support adoption.
• Develop reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership, and transition deliverables into business-as-usual operations.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to manage projects independently across initiation, planning, execution and closure.
• Experience in warehouse operations, automation and supply chain transformation, representing QARA within enterprise transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile, hybrid or comparable project delivery methods.
• Nice to have: PMP or equivalent certification, and experience in healthcare, medical technology or another highly regulated sector.
