QC Inspector – 5 Days, Overtime & Variable Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a diligent QC Inspector to manage incoming and outgoing module kits, ensuring accurate quantities, correct part numbers and product condition. The role supports the warehouse and logistics functions, handling inventory verification, documentation and coordination with logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing module kits for correct quantity, part numbers and condition.
• Identify and report damaged, missing or non‑conforming parts.
• Verify that products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, packing lists and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for pick‑ups and deliveries.
• Support urgent delivery requests by working closely with QC, Production and Logistics teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment following 5S practices.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage and tracking of inventory.

Required profile

• IT‑savvy and comfortable using inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
