Quantity Surveyor – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a committed and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate has experience in tendering, contract administration and cost management, and thrives in a fast‑paced project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submissions, including quantity take‑offs, requesting quotations and compiling tender documents.
• Analyse and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to secure optimal terms.
• Assess subcontractors’ progress claims and prepare payment responses within stipulated timelines.
• Support Contract Managers in evaluating variation orders and extensions of time, finalising related accounts.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
