Range Operator – 1 Year Contract with Renewal Potential

About the role

Certis is seeking a dedicated Range Operator for a one‑year contract with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent role. The position supports the safe and efficient conduct of weapons ranges, ensuring all procedures and safety standards are strictly followed.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with range conduct procedures and the Range Standing Order.
• Adhere to all security protocols throughout range operations.
• Set up target boards according to the train‑fire programme.
• Start up and verify the targetry system is ready for use.
• Ensure surveillance cameras are connected and fully functional.
• Confirm that range safety systems operate correctly.
• Promote and practice a strong safety culture on site.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Former Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) personnel.
• Familiarity with SAF Authorized Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management procedures.
• Good communication skills.
