About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage our front‑desk and provide general office support. The role involves greeting visitors, handling communications and ensuring the reception area runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors courteously and manage the front‑desk area.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and keep reception and meeting spaces tidy.
- Maintain office and pantry supplies, including stationery and refreshments.
- Support onboarding activities and arrange refreshments for meetings and events.
- Assist with billing administration, payment tracking and simple procurement tasks.
- Help set up company events, internal activities and other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using general computer applications.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education in Business Administration or a related field.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
