About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our Construction Markets Desk. The role focuses on business development, candidate sourcing, market intelligence and sales management within the construction and design sectors.

Key responsibilities

Conduct cold‑calling, telemarketing and networking to build and maintain strong client relationships in the construction market.
Utilize diverse sourcing methods to develop a pipeline of both passive and active candidates for construction and design roles.
Monitor industry trends, project plans and candidate movements to provide regular market updates and outlooks.
Meet and exceed annual sales targets while preparing to lead a future recruitment team.
