About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. The role focuses on sales‑driven talent acquisition across Engineering, IT and Healthcare sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for client vacancies, from advertising to placement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
- Handle candidate and client grievances, complaints, and performance issues.
- Achieve individual and company sales targets.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in any discipline.
- Preferably holds a CEI qualification (not mandatory).
- 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment, sales or related fields.
