Recruitment Partner – Talent Acquisition for Singapore & SEA

About the role

The Recruitment Partner will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for both Corporate and Retail functions across Singapore and the broader SEA Hub. This role works closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes, strengthen employer branding, and support workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for Singapore and SEA Hub, from briefing to onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles using direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, campus outreach, and external networks.
• Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders to attract diverse talent.
• Support Early Careers recruitment, including internships, graduate hiring, and campus engagement.
• Provide talent acquisition reporting and insights for the SEA region to aid workforce planning.
• Ensure consistent candidate experience and compliance with internal policies and local market practices.
• Collaborate with Emerging Market and Global TA teams to share best practices and support regional projects.

Required profile

• Strong end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition expertise across Corporate and Retail hiring.
• Proven ability to advise stakeholders on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing approaches.
• Experience building talent pipelines and managing employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
