Regional Program Manager - Electronics Sales

About the role

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Regional Program Manager in its sales team, based in Tai Seng, Singapore. The role covers a defined sales territory, building relationships with customers and suppliers and promoting Arrow's electronics offerings and value-added supply chain programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned territory, plan strategy and build relationships to support solution selling.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who influence design opportunities and help resolve existing business challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction on supply chain and other value-added services.
• Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and sell and market the full range of Arrow offerings, including deep knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.
• Prepare quarterly internal business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers to drive sales growth and demand creation.
• Promote and sell value-add supply chain and full life-cycle programs.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and work with minimal guidance.

Required profile

• Typically 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
• Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
• Ability to solve complex problems, work independently and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales tracking systems, Salesforce.com and Oracle.
• Knowledge of Arrow's supplier lines and electronics pricing models.
