Regional Sales / Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales and Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Power, Data Centre and Government sectors. The role will involve identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Power, Data Centre, and Government sectors.
• Develop project pipelines by engaging end‑users, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
• Promote company products and solutions to influence specifications at the early design stage.
• Drive project sales from identification through specification, tendering, award, and execution.
• Maintain rapport with customers and factory representatives to gather feedback and market information.
• Achieve assigned sales, profitability, and receivables targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, data centre operators, utility companies, EPC contractors, and M&E contractors.
• Manage strategic customer accounts, conduct visits, technical presentations, and business reviews.
• Monitor upcoming tenders, participate in RFQs, prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and project award processes.
• Track market trends, government initiatives, competitor activities, and potential infrastructure investments.
• Coordinate with indoor sales and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery and post‑sales support.
• Monitor project billing, collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Update sales activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare forecasts and pipeline reports.
