Registered Nurse – Postpartum Care

About the role

SAINT BELLA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its luxury postpartum care team at BELLA VILLA on Sentosa Island. You will provide professional maternal and infant care, emotional support, and education to new mothers in a high‑end, hotel‑partnered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized maternal and infant care, including feeding, bathing, and diaper changes.
• Provide emotional support and postpartum psychological counseling to mothers.
• Conduct educational sessions tailored to the postpartum period and update learning materials regularly.
• Maintain compliance with standardized nursing SOPs and complete required documentation.
• Support the nursing supervisor and collaborate with the care team to ensure a warm, comforting environment.

Required profile

• Graduated from a nursing or midwifery‑related program with a valid nursing qualification certificate.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (Assistant Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, or Staff Nurse).
• Pleasant appearance, cheerful personality, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Empathetic, responsible, compassionate, patient, organized, and team‑oriented.
• Flexible to work shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
