Relationship Manager – Hong Kong Market (Singapore)

About the role

Our client, a leading global bank with a strong presence across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Hong Kong market. Based in Singapore, you will serve existing and prospective clients, expand the business on a product and global level, and deliver top‑tier service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions to meet customers' financial needs.
• Provide regular market updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• Develop monthly sales plans with the PB team manager/branch manager to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities, source and call on prospects, and organise sales presentations for groups and organisations.
• Deliver quality after‑sales service, manage client retention and anti‑attrition efforts, and solicit referrals from internal channels.
• Ensure compliance with anti‑money‑laundering procedures, regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Required profile

• Understanding of wealth management and banking concepts; CMFAS certification preferred.
• 2‑7 years of banking experience, preferably covering China, Hong Kong or Taiwan markets.
• Good command of Mandarin to support Chinese‑language clients.
• Finance‑related academic background (financial planning, portfolio review, asset allocation, etc.).
