About the role
The School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at NTU is looking for a research assistant to support the development of copper nanoparticles (NanoCu) paste as a thermal interface material. The school describes itself as providing a vibrant and nurturing environment for staff and students to carry out interdisciplinary research.
Key responsibilities
- Process development and characterisation of the NanoCu paste properties
- Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies and related resources, including procurement and liaison with suppliers
- Produce high-quality reports and documents that consolidate research findings
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science/Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, including hands-on technical work in materials processing or characterisation
