Research Associate / Research Fellow (Electronics)

About the role

The Emerging Nanoscience Research Institute (EnRI) at NTU Main Campus focuses on advanced materials, computational modelling and simulation, and small-scale testing and materials characterisation. It is looking for a Research Associate or Research Fellow to support micro device research and development, working closely with the project team on experimental design, device fabrication, testing and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and fabricate micro devices that meet project requirements
• Support the project team and laboratory, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and managing consumables
• Document methodologies, results and findings in technical reports and presentations

Required profile

• Master's degree (Research Associate equivalent) or PhD (Research Fellow equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics or a related field
• Experience in high-reliability microelectronics
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, willing-to-learn attitude
