About the role
The Reservation Coordinator supports the reservations sales and operations teams at two iconic Singapore hotels, ensuring seamless guest experiences and meeting key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Support reservations sales and operations teams to achieve KPIs such as conversion rate, abandoned call rate and quality assurance.
- Verify and update travel agency commissions, sales conditions, profile tracking and guest recognition.
- Maintain accurate arrival data, billing details, VIP status and guest preferences.
- Promote a "RevPRO" culture through regular liaison with operational and call‑centre teams.
- Manage rooming lists, corporate bookings and crew blocks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations sales.
- Detail‑oriented with strong understanding of both external and internal environments.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer‑focused with multicultural awareness and flexibility to adapt to change.
- Self‑motivated and energetic.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of CRS (Central Reservation System).
- Proficiency with PMS (Property Management System).
- Experience using RESAWeb or similar distribution systems.
