Reservation Officer

About the role

The Reservation Officer will support daily reservation and operational functions for a leading inbound travel agency in Singapore. You will manage travel bookings, coordinate with hotels, transport providers and tour suppliers, and ensure seamless travel experiences for overseas visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hotel, transportation, attraction and tour reservations, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability, rates and booking conditions.
• Process confirmations, amendments, cancellations and special requests in the reservation system.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, vouchers and operational documents for travelers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and overseas agents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records and load travel products into the system before sales launch.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to facilitate smooth tour execution.
• Handle urgent operational issues and last‑minute travel arrangements as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in travel agency reservations, contracting or the tourism industry.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using reservation systems.
