Resident Physician – Outpatient Clinic (Singapore)

About the role

We are launching an outpatient clinic in Singapore focused on Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Sexual Health and Weight Management. As a Resident Physician you will join the founding clinical team, delivering personalised, evidence‑based care and helping shape the clinic’s standards and patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, including history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, investigations and management plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensure continuity of care, and coordinate follow‑ups and referrals.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines, uphold patient safety, confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Participate in community outreach, health promotion and media activities as required.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and contribute to clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council and a valid Practising Certificate.
• Singapore citizen or permanent resident (no work pass sponsorship).
• Minimum three years of post‑housemanship clinical experience, preferably in Men’s/Women’s Health, Sexual Health or Weight Management.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Family Medicine (e.g., GDFM, MMed FM) is advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
