Retail Associate

About the role

A dynamic retail environment in Singapore is looking for a Retail Associate. You will help deliver outstanding service to every customer and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional way, helping them find products that meet their needs
• Maintain a well-organised, visually appealing shop floor with correctly displayed and replenished merchandise
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash and electronic payments
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and returns promptly and courteously
• Support stock management: receiving deliveries, checking stock accuracy and carrying out inventory counts
• Work with team members to reach daily sales targets and store objectives
• Keep the store clean, safe and compliant with standards

Required profile

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous; newcomers are welcome
• Passion for excellent customer service
• Good English communication skills and comfort engaging with a diverse range of customers
• Reliable, punctual and proactive attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and handling stock
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
