Retail Specialist – Grilles, Curtains and Blinds

About the role

Endo Homes is looking for a Retail Specialist to join its flagship store on Guillemard Road. You will help customers choose the right grilles, curtains and blinds, providing expert advice that enhances their home décor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive in‑store and phone service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Guide customers in selecting products that fit their needs, budget, and style by explaining features and benefits.
• Answer queries about product specifications, installation processes, and financing options.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting.
• Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new offerings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home décor or window furnishings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and a 5.5‑day work week.
