Safety Officer cum Environmental Control Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Safety Officer cum Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to safeguard our work sites across Singapore. You will lead safety initiatives, monitor environmental compliance, and foster a culture of risk‑free operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and review safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor environmental regulations and ensure compliance with waste‑management and emission standards.
• Prepare incident reports, corrective action plans and environmental impact assessments.
• Deliver safety and environmental training to staff and contractors.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in safety or environmental control within industrial, manufacturing or construction settings.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 14001, OSHA are preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
