Sales Advisor (Automotive)

About the role

A well-established used car dealership in Singapore is hiring a Sales Advisor. You will own the full sales cycle, from generating leads and understanding customer needs to negotiation and deal closing. The role is target-driven, with uncapped commission potential and a steady pipeline of leads supported by a dedicated marketing team. Prior automotive experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements and present suitable vehicles tailored to their needs
• Manage the sales process end to end: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation and closing
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Work with the marketing team on campaigns and customer acquisition
• Conduct test drives and appointments using a company-provided vehicle

Required profile

• At least 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid negotiation skills and a methodical follow-up approach
• Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to learn and adapt
• Valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule of about one weekend per month
