Sales Advisor - VivoCity (COS)

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor for its COS store at VivoCity in Singapore. As the friendly face of the brand, you welcome customers and give them high-quality service from the moment you start talking to them until they leave. The role is part of a 44-hour-per-week contract.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping journey with warm, proactive service
• Assist customers at the cash desk, in the fitting rooms and across the shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding customers and matching their expectations
• Proactive and curious, eager to improve everyday processes
• Communicative, positive, open-minded and collaborative
• Willing to learn and adapt
• Interest in fashion and trends
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have but not mandatory
