Sales Development Representative - Cybersecurity

About the role

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for its high-performing sales team in Singapore. The role sits at the heart of the go-to-market strategy, connecting with corporate-level prospects across Taiwan to identify new opportunities and expand the customer base. It is a hybrid-remote position: the team is based in Singapore and in the office 4 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers by phone to identify new opportunities for CrowdStrike
• Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure
• Discover and drive new business in corporate or enterprise accounts
• Hold high-level discovery calls with C-suite executives and their VPs
• Learn CrowdStrike products and the competitive landscape in the next-generation endpoint market
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners on the go-to-market strategy
• Deliver high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Mandarin to cover Taiwan-based customers
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows and business outcomes
• Strong presentation skills, in person and virtually
• Technical aptitude and quick learning of new business and technical concepts
• Results-driven, customer-obsessed and a collaborative team player
• Cyber security or SaaS background is a bonus
