Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to lead sales and project development for chillers and related products. You will manage customer relationships, support tender processes, and coordinate project execution to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients to expand the department’s customer base.
• Lead sales efforts for chillers and other products, managing current and future projects proactively.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on awarded consultants, main contractors, and mechanical contractors.
• Deliver presentations to owners, consultants, and engineering firms to promote products and after‑sales services.
• Conduct regular client visits to support new projects and strengthen relationships.
• Participate in tender projects by estimating costs, preparing compliant lists, and compiling bidding documents.
• Perform detailed engineering or financial analyses to quantify project costs accurately.
• Assist in technical clarifications and negotiate terms during project discussions.
• Manage existing customer accounts, supporting after‑sales plans and proposals.
• Obtain vendor costings, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and secure purchase orders.
• Coordinate with service engineers to support delivery and on‑site execution when needed.
• Record all visits, specifications, project details, and activities in the Kintone CRM system and report to the immediate superior.

Required profile

• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
