Sales Executive – Distribution and Wealth Sales Support

About the role

Amundi, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole and a leading European asset manager, is hiring a Sales Executive in Singapore to support the Distribution and Wealth Sales team. The role is part of a 24-month programme starting on 1 February 2027, and covers ad hoc client requests, sales material preparation, CRM data entry and logistics coordination with the Sales and Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle ad hoc client requests on prospectuses, factsheets, dividend history, marketing materials, delivery arrangements, training and client event coordination, and logistics with the Sales and Marketing team.
• Prepare customized sales materials using Morningstar, Bloomberg and other data sources to improve product pitches.
• Ensure accurate entries in MyCRM for all client contacts and pipelines.
• Represent the Sales team with Marketing and Product teams on fund launches, covering printing, sales materials and customized materials.
• Work with Morningstar to customize South Asia market intelligence peer comparisons.
• Help the sales team with logistical preparations for client conferences and roadshows.
• Prepare and circulate concise meeting summaries capturing key discussion points, decisions and follow-ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BSc or equivalent) in Business or Finance.
• 0-2 years of experience; relevant front-office internship experience in global markets, securities research, economic research, private equity, investment management or investment banking is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Asian fixed income and macroeconomic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and a team spirit with high dedication.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Excel VBA and Python.
• English.
