Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will support Tendo Innovations’ sales team by generating new business opportunities and progressing leads across our IT infrastructure, cyber security, audio‑visual and ELV solutions. This entry‑level, hands‑on role offers coaching from a Sales Manager and exposure to a full suite of enterprise technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach and networking.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings and appointments for senior sales staff.
• Assist senior colleagues in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes to keep opportunities moving forward.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, documenting next steps for each opportunity.
• Develop a working understanding of Tendo’s practice areas to conduct informed first conversations.
• Progress and close smaller deals independently as experience grows.
• Attend product and vendor training to build technical sales knowledge.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales experience; B2B or IT‑related sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients at all levels.
• Good spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage for Greater China clients.
• Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable with regular outreach and follow‑up.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• A diploma or degree in business, IT, engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
