Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our business. You will lead a dynamic sales team, develop strategic plans and ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and strengthens market presence.
• Oversee recruiting, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts to senior management.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competition.

Required profile

• Prior experience in marketing, sales or customer service (beneficial).
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people‑management skills.
