Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our island‑wide sales team, drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Singapore. The role involves shaping sales strategy, managing client relationships and delivering on business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales executives to maximise performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client pipelines.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Experience in sectors such as recruitment, F&B, logistics or immigration services is an advantage.
