Sales & Marketing Executive – Personal Care & Cosmetics Ingredients

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive business growth for personal care and cosmetics ingredients across the APAC region. You will work closely with customers, distributors and internal teams to expand market presence and ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand business with existing and new customers, distributors and partners across APAC.
• Manage sales enquiries, quotations and customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with technical, application, sales administration and logistics teams to support customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and distributor performance updates for management.
• Travel across APAC to strengthen relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, customer records and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research on cosmetic and specialty‑chemical trends and identify business opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of exhibitions, supplier events and marketing activities.
• Deliver product, market trend and technical presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities and share insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Process Technology, Industrial Chemistry or related chemistry discipline (preferred).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the personal care industry, including formulation development or sales of personal care ingredients.
• Basic knowledge and hands‑on exposure to cosmetic ingredients.
