Sales Operations & Automation Intern

About the role

EPOS is looking for a Sales Operations & Automation Intern to support its Sales Operations team with HubSpot, data management, reporting and process automation. It suits someone interested in data analytics, CRM and automation who wants hands-on experience with real business processes. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HubSpot CRM updates and maintenance
• Maintain and organise sales data so that information is accurate
• Assist with Excel reports, data analysis and basic dashboards
• Support HubSpot workflow and automation setup and testing
• Help with data cleaning, duplicate checking and field mapping
• Test new HubSpot processes before they go live
• Help document SOPs and step-by-step processes
• Support ad-hoc data and reporting tasks and identify manual processes that can be automated

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and comfort working with data
• Interest in data analytics, CRM or automation
• Willingness to learn HubSpot and new tools
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and follow processes

Nice-to-have skills

• Basic knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM
• Familiarity with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF
• Basic understanding of data analysis
• Interest in automation or AI tools

By the end of the internship, the intern should be able to manage basic HubSpot and CRM tasks, work independently with Excel and sales data, understand the sales processes and SOPs, assist with HubSpot automation and testing, and spot simple manual processes that can be improved or automated.
